As we step forward on our spiritual paths with a willingness to do the work of letting go, shadow work, healing and personal development, only then, does it become possible to access much deeper layers of cellular memories, repeating behaviour patterns and energy blocks.

These often relate to limiting unconscious beliefs that get in your way of your intentions and dreams. Sometimes those unconscious patterns may not even be your own beliefs, but they impact your life as if they are! They might be imposed by someone else, or imprinted by events from this and other lifetimes.
